Our Corporate Governance course is, the final step towards attaining our Corporate Finance Specialist Certification, designed to deliver knowledge and skills to advise corporate clients on Corporate Governance issues and develop a career in a corporate finance environment.

Pre-requisites

All students must have successfully completed the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in order to gain entry. It is also advised that students complete the CFP 1 Mergers and Acquisitions Course, CFP 2 Buisness Finance and CFP 3 Public Listings to gain foundation knowledge and skills.
